So I know that driver's ed these days leaves little to be desired , but I swear I think traffic signals of any kind are becoming optional now adays. On my way to work sometime last week, we had a nice sunny 50 degree day. I am on my way to work stopped at a light that was red, it turns green i look to make sure its clear and I start to go, no sooner do I start moving as a fire truck ( no lights or sirens) comes high tailing it through a red light along with 2 pickup trucks and a little mitsubisihi ecxlips. Umjm hellooo.... the light was RED!!!! Ok so now becuase of them i have 30 pised of people behind me because we have sat through the green light just so those people could run it. Ok on to my next stupidity reigns supreme example. I live on a corner that is a 4 way stop, but I swear no one knows what those red octaganal shapped things are with the white lettering on them. Funny story though, we live down the road from the local fire station. No big deal used to hearing the fire engines. Anyways we here a lot of noise one night and go to investigate on our front porch. Here comes and Ambulance with lights and sirens the whole nine yards. Comes to the stop sign slows down and then goes on through. Next up is the fire truck lights and sirens until it is about 500 feet away from the stop sign, then it turns them off. Ok again no big deal. Stops at the stop sign in the midst of the fire truck getting ready to turn a cop car comes flying down the road no light no sirens nothing, just so it can go around the fire truck and run through the stop sigbn getting T-boned by another car who actually did stop at the stop sign. again So now the firefighters are out of thier truck cussing and swearing at the cop who runs the sign along with half my block who has come out to see what all the commotion is about. The guy who hit the cop is ok , the cop is pissed apparently this is his 6th mess up in a month... take the badge please. all in all everyone is ok. Around here I swear stop signs are optional.

hI "streamers" As I sit here with the flu, realizing that Christmas is 5 days away. I figured it was time that my stream page look a little festive this year. So far the plans are laid out to who and where and what day we will spend Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Our actual goal this year was actually to get out of the midwest and head south to the Carolina's, but as many of you noticed if you read my earlier post's thanks to Uncle Sam that didnt happen. Oh well there is always next year , right. So here is Season's Greetings and Yuletide Wishes to you and all of your families from mine. I will post more when I have more that 4 seconds of energy. Ok so I havent like the girl on AM Weekdays ever since she started. I am always doing my job and her's and cleaning up a mess and playing mediator with most of the staff. Well unfortunatly I can't fire her because she is not under my jurisdiction. GGGRRRRRRRR. So I come in this morning because one of the girls called off and we had no one that could fill in until 10:30. I get there of course forgetting my keys at home. No big deal I can unlock the front door with the code and all the other keys I have are for my office anyways. Well I go into the front office to get stuff from my mailbox and start up the machines for the day when I relaize that now everything up front is locked!! Hello when did this happen?!?!? So I know have to call around and track down the keys that are suppsoed to be in the front safe. Are they there, but noo... So I call everyone that works at the front desk. No one has seen the keys. What the heck!! They can not just walk off. Just as I am about ready to call maintenace to come and pick the lock or blow the thing open with dynamite, who should come walking up, but one of the housekeeping girls who didnt know she had the keys... Umm HELLO!!! They stay up front. How do you not know. Humm that is going to leave a mark. Well now eveyone is happy and we have the keys. I can go home and back to believing that I am relaxing on a beach somewhere in the pacific. Oh if only that where true

Ok so I am sure that many of you do not know of the kind of relationship that I have with my father. Well quite honeslty I dont have one with him. My father is the type of man that is so controling that if things are not his way he can get violent. Ok now tell me why would I want that type of person around my son let alone me. He can not hold a job , he lies , he is manipulative , he stalks, he doesnt live in what I would call reality. I did not even invite him to my wedding, and my husband and I are thinking about renewing our vowes and he is not invited there either. He stalked my stepmom and is trying to take her to court for everything. He wants to take her to court over a digital camera picture card. Ok now I just recently came into the 21st century and bought a digatal camera and I can tell you that the card does not cost $400.00 (yes that is the amount he wants for the card) the one that I bought just cost $30.00. He also told me that he served in the vietnam war, well my mom cleared that up for me. He never served in any military service at all. War or not. Then he comes over to my house (awww crap he knows where I live) he sits on the porch (I do not want him in my house or around my child) Then he goes on to tell me that the girl he is seeing now is a 34 year old Neurosurgen (probably spelled that wrong) ok well I have seen the woman and she is like 54 and she works in laundry at the local hospital. Ok 1st of all if she is 34 that is kinda gross because she is old enough to be my sister... ewwww... SO then he totals out his truck and he wants me to give him a ride and what not. Mind you this is after he was telling everyone that he had a orange Corvette... umm where did the Corvette go that he needs a ride. So then next thing I know he is leaving notes on my stepmoms drivers seat in her van. Hello it was locked can we say he had a key made and is getting into her property... BREAKING AND ENTERING!! He has gone as far as to put roofing nails on my stepmom and her mom's driveways to puncture tires. He said that it was my stepsisters fault that they lost the house. Umm ok for someone who has not kept a steady job and has been sucking on workman's comp for nearly 2 years.. ( didnt know they gave workman's comp for mental issues) wonder if I could plead insanity. Food for thought. Anyway.... He got me into a car that I paid way to much for and it wasnt worth it. Then come to find out the other car that he got me was in a flood. Good going!! Now when I want to go after the car dealer and everything he wont let me have the title to it so that I can have all the papers together for when I take them to court. Instead we are standing in the parking lot for the dealer and he is shoving a finger in my chest and yelling at me calling me worthless, stupid, and a backstabber. Yeah that just makes me want to have anything to do with you. He had a gun but when he threatend to kill the dogs, my stepmom, my stepsister, and me. My stepmom took it and had it melted down. He called my mom all the time at work, some how managing to get her new work number, then he posed as a customer to get her cell phone number. Stalk much.. So then he leaves a message for my mom not knowing why I wont talk to him and says it is because my stepmom brainwashed me... Ok so when did being a great stepmom become brainwashing... MUST LOVE STEPMOM!! (As zombie) So as you can see the man is unstable, manipulative, lies, and everything is all about him.. Hello follow the light honestley it takes you to something called reality!! He is poison why would I want to be around that or have my family around him.. Boy am I glad I am more like my my and my stepmom than like my father. I am even glad that my last name doesnt even match anymore.

Well I just found out that we cant go to North Carolina for Christmas like we had hoped. Not enough money. Oh well there is always next year. So besides not enough money and a little boy that is still sick, I have been having a great time. Well I have decided instead of going back to work for that week that I was supposed to be gone. I will just work a couple of days. I am taking Christmas and New Years Day off though. So I will have a little vacation from this place that I love so much. I love my job, but there is a lot of drama here. Who was it that said "leave the drama for your mama" Oh well, I will get through as I always do. I guess I just have to be patient. Which for anyone who knows me knows that is hard for me to do. Oh Well... Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year Everyone! Rachy
